Exciting news! Tonight the first ever Ice Dragon Boat Festival held in North America will be featured on the Rick Mercer Report. Rick became an honorary member of the “Draggin’ Docs” team during their training session, led by Sue Holloway, two-time Canadian Olympic medalist and Canadian Sports Hall of Famer. Rick joined The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, along with Mr. Luo, President of the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation, members of the Canadian National Dragon Boat Team and other special guests to compete in the commemorative exhibition race.
