Ottawa Community News interviews CEO John Brooman from the Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival about the upcoming new event, the Ottawa Ice Dragon Boat Festival. It will be held on February 17 & 18, 2017 at Dows Lake on the Rideau Canal Skateway. Brooman is praying for cold weather to host the first ever North American ice dragon boat racing.
